◯Job description

・Assist Head Chef in kitchen operations and food preparation

・Cold kitchen and Hot kitchen duties

・Handle the cutting of raw fishes

・Manage the sushi counter

・Prepare stocks and soups

・Train new kitchen staff

・Manage inventory and food costs

・Manage back kitchen duties and kitchen cleanliness

・Customer service, dishwashing, taking orders, etc.

・Greet customers warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.

・Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas, including clearing tables and dishwashing.
