Our esteemed public healthcare client is seeking to hire a Coordinator to join their organization!

Responsibilities:

• Partner with residents and community groups to plan and run activities and interest groups

• Encourage and support residents to lead their own activities

• Work with local leaders and stakeholders to deliver meaningful programs

• Collect feedback to improve future programs and understand residents’ needs

• Promote and guide residents to join health, social, and community programs

• Encourage involvement in activities such as exercise, volunteering, and interest groups

• Oversee daily operations and logistics of the physical space

• Handle budgeting, attendance tracking, and data collection for program evaluation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)

• 2–3 years of experience in social care, aged care, or community engagement

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Well-organized and able to manage time and tasks effectively

• Required to engage and communicate with residents in the Queenstown area for work purposes.
