Responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care, overseeing pharmacy operations, managing inventory, ensuring compliance, optimizing profitability, and mentoring staff and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians/assistants in preparation, labelling, and dispensing.

• Resolve prescription ambiguities and drug-related problems with prescribers.

• Review workflows for dispensing efficiency.

• Advise on drug interactions, side effects, storage, and proper usage.

• Support healthcare professionals with drug selection, dosages, and interactions.

• Orient and train new hires, pre-registration pharmacists, and students.

• Conduct training sessions and prepare learning materials.

• Ensure adherence to laws, MOH guidelines, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council, Form A license with HSA.

• At least 3–5 years’ clinical experience.

• Proactive, team-oriented, able to work in fast-paced settings.
