Overview
We are looking for an energetic person with sharp social skills to give our customers a friendly, personal and positive experience every time! In this role you will be part of the Customer Service Team, handling phone enquiries with professionalism while delivering stellar customer service to all our customers. You will be required to have outstanding attention to detail, be well-organized and efficient. You will be expected to learn and understand LWB’s products and to use your skills to solve problems and make a positive impact in your day-to-day work in the Customer Service Department.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Handle day to day customer order enquiries, order-taking, processing, verification, amendments and cancellation through multiple channels (hotline, email, social media)
Create and maintain customer database
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and suggestions to enhance customers’ experience
Communicate across departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled
Follow up on outstanding orders and perform call back to customers if necessary
Provide timely service recovery to resolve problems or issues and escalate if necessary
Collect data and feedback from customers and close the customer feedback loop
Work as a team to achieve set targets for sales and ensure that the call centre service quality level is met
Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Minimum qualifications
Diploma in any discipline
Experience in customer service or contact centre will be an added advantage
Requirements
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant disposition and personality
Possess a sense of urgency
Good phone etiquette
Attention to detail
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Able to prioritise tasks effectively
