Job Details:
• Location: Westgate
• Salary: Up to $2,700 Basic
• Duration: ASAP to 4 Months
• Working hours: 6 Days Work Week (Rotating Shifts - Including Weekends & PHs)
- Shift 1: 9am to 5pm
- Shift 2: 12pm to 8pm
- Shift 3: 2pm to 10pm

Job Scope:
• Customer Service & Assistance – Address shopper enquiries, lost & found cases, and incidents promptly. Provide proactive help at key mall locations.
• Digital Engagement – Promote mall's digital solutions and drive shopper sign-ups.
• Mall Operations & Roving – Patrol common areas and retail spaces, flagging issues, assisting tenants, and ensuring upkeep.
• Tenant Engagement – Educate tenants on digital solutions and marketing initiatives. Conduct briefings and share insights with management.
• Marketing Support – Assist in documenting events, maintaining POSMs/displays, and gathering shopper feedback. Promote Excellent Service Award (EXSA) by recognizing outstanding tenant staff.
• Administrative Duties – Manage rosters, emails, advertising schedules, and website/directory updates.
• Announcements & Compliance – Make periodic mall announcements following guidelines and perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements:
• GCE ’O’ Levels and above
• Preferably with 1- or 2-years working experience in similar capacity
• Candidate with mall operations or frontline retail/hospitality will be favorably considered
• Comfortable to work on 6 days rotating shifts including weekends and PHs
• Must be tech savvy
