Operation Assistant/Coordinator - Cargo (East) - #1107892

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist in cargo handling operations, including acceptance, loading/unloading, and warehousing.

• Operate equipment and vehicles such as forklifts, tractors, and vans (OAD duties) to transport cargo within terminals and airside areas.

• Ensure cargo documentation and data are accurate and compliant with regulations.

• Supervise a team of cargo handlers to ensure timely and safe handling of shipments.

• Coordinate with airlines, agents, and third parties on cargo-related matters and follow up on issues.

• Perform vehicle checks and ensure equipment is clean and serviceable.

Requirements:

• Basic English communication and computer skills.

• Valid Class 3 or 3D driving license.

• Forklift license is an advantage (or willing to learn).

• Physically fit

• Able to multi-task and work permanent shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
