Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the daily operations of the project administration team, ensuring smooth workflows, effective performance, and timely achievement of objectives
Coordinate with the agency on performance updates, requirements, and issue resolution
Manage and respond to enquiries from public and applicants via phone calls and emails
Verify and review submitted documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of information provided in all applications
Oversee and manage end-to-end administrative workflow of applications
Perform precise data entry and maintain updated records within the system
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies and standards
Provide general administrative and clerical support as required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or related setting
Experience leading a team in administrative support or operations
Proficient with computer use and comfortable with data entry tasks
Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
Strong background in project management, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
