A MNC which is a leader and supplier to Semiconductor industry has an opening for Principal Product Management to oversee and manage Asia focus product line for Semiconductor front end manufacturing material related products. You will also lead multiple cross functional team. You will play a key role in ensuring that product offerings align with regional business objectives and customer needs, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
Drive development and execution of commercial strategies to enhance profitability and market share in the APAC region.
Define and execute product strategy including partner alliances and product roadmaps
Work with global sales organizations, influencing and directing action to meet business objectives
Handle pricing, product positioning, and customer engagement to maximize revenue and profitability.
Be the liaison between internal teams and customers, addressing customer requirements and feedback.
Render strategic guidance on product capabilities, positioning, and pricing to the sales team.
Perform competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Create marketing materials, business cases, and pricing models for commercial initiatives.
Stay informed on customer demands and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
Liaise with sales team and manufacturing plants on demand planning and forecasting
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred, though relevant semiconductor experience will be considered.
5 yrs experience in product management or sales in APAC markets, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
Familiar with the semiconductor industry and relevant business operations.
Experience working in a business operations capacity, driving profitability initiatives
Strong product management experience or background in sales within the semiconductor industry.
Deep understanding of business operations with a proven track record of driving profitability.
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills to enhance product positioning in the market.
Ability to handle competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong financial acumen, including experience developing pricing models and business cases.
