Business Development Manager
Up till $10,000 basic + variable bonus
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Boon Lay Wy, Tradehub 21
70% Hunter & 30% Farmer
Must have experience Geotechnical and networking experience
The Responsibilities:
Bring onboard new clients, projects and reach targets that hit defined sales and profitability goals
Gather market intelligence, develop client network, and foster strong client relationships.
Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape.
Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director.
Serve as Bid Manager for large size projects.
Integrate within the BD team and collaborate with other departments.
Lead negotiation with client on bid and contract terms & conditions.
Engage and develop tender and business development team to achieve work targets through coaching, group learning and performance management.
Develop and protect company’s brand, corporate image, and reputation.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
The Requirements:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in civil engineering.
8-12 years of working experience .
Experience in Construction industry, in Ground Improvement works.
Has geotechnical design experience and competent to manage geotechnical solutioning
Familiar with Office 365 suite and proficient in MS Office
Understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of the projects.
