Business Development Manager

• Up till $10,000 basic + variable bonus

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm 

• Boon Lay Wy, Tradehub 21

• 70% Hunter & 30% Farmer

• Must have experience Geotechnical and networking experience

The Responsibilities:

• Bring onboard new clients, projects and reach targets that hit defined sales and profitability goals

• Gather market intelligence, develop client network, and foster strong client relationships.

• Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape.

• Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director.

• Serve as Bid Manager for large size projects.

• Integrate within the BD team and collaborate with other departments.

• Lead negotiation with client on bid and contract terms & conditions.

• Engage and develop tender and business development team to achieve work targets through coaching, group learning and performance management.

• Develop and protect company’s brand, corporate image, and reputation.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in civil engineering.

• 8-12 years of working experience .

• Experience in Construction industry, in Ground Improvement works.

• Has geotechnical design experience and competent to manage geotechnical solutioning

• Familiar with Office 365 suite and proficient in MS Office

• Understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of the projects.
