F&B Manager (Japanese Restaurant Experience Preferred)
Location: Joo Koon
Salary: SGD 4,000 – 4,500/month (basic) + Benefits +AWS Allowance
Work Schedule: 6days/week, shift hours
Annual Leave: 18 days + 4 days Family Care Leave
About the Role:
We are urgently looking for an experienced and passionate F&B Manager to lead the daily operations of a well-established restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Japanese dining concepts, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of improving restaurant sales and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
Lead and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Monitor food quality, service, and cleanliness to meet company standards
Drive business performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in F&B
Prior experience in Japanese cuisine or Japanese dining concepts is highly preferred
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proven success in driving sales and team productivity
Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: SGD 4,000 – 4,500 (based on experience)

$58.35 Monthly Flexi-Benefits
18 days Annual Leave + 4 days Family Care Leave
