Responsibilities:
Liaise with managers on machines, customers and staffs issues.
Arrange the work order to execute jobs request, control and monitor work progress.
Raise purchase order, and provide after sales support with customers/internal departments.
Arrange servicemen for servicing on site and rganize works to sub-contractors.
Troubleshooting problems and close work orders and invoice to customer.
Technical support to products line, and assists in recruitment, training and development.
Supervise and guide staff on warranty and reports.
Administers HR related matters i.e annual leaves, medical leaves, safety discipline and grievance..
Ensure complying with ISO procedures.
ITE/Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 3 years relevant experience.
