Responsible for providing quality customer service and supporting the retail supervisor in daily pharmacy operations.

 Responsibilities:

• Open the store on time and ensure systems are ready for use.

• Manage patient queues to reduce waiting times.

• Handle cash register operations and promote weekly specials.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of retail and storage areas.

• Monitor and replenish stock; ensure goods are in good condition.

• Receive goods, process transfers, and assist in stock counts.

• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records in SAP.

• File documents neatly and prepare basic reports.

• Assist in training and guiding new staff and promoters.

• Participate in workplace improvement activities.

Requirements:

• GCE N or O Level qualification.

• Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

• A team player who is self-motivated.
