Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Prepare, verify, and process LC documentation in compliance with contractual and banking requirements.
Maintain proper filing systems for finance and LC documents.
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls related to finance and trade documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Accounting Functions
Assist the Accounting Manager in handling simple accounting task.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems.
Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Letter of Credit (LC) preparation and documentation.
Proficient in handling LC contracts and financial figures accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
