Country Finance Director (GLC/East) - #1107815

Responsibilities:

Strategic & Financial Leadership

• Lead the financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the company in alignment with corporate objectives.

• Partner with the CEO, Board, and senior leadership to drive shareholder value and business growth.

• Provide strategic insights based on financial performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Financial Operations & Governance

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and stock exchange requirements.

• Ensure robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with corporate governance standards.

• Manage treasury, cash flow, capital allocation, and working capital optimization.

S/4HANA Implementation & Finance Transformation

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA across finance functions, ensuring smooth integration with business operations.

• Collaborate with IT, operations, and external consultants to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables.

• Drive process standardization, automation, and data integrity improvements through S/4HANA functionalities.

• Champion change management and training initiatives to ensure adoption across the finance team and business units

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team across FP&A, accounting, tax, and treasury.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent qualification required.

• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience

• Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA for finance

• Big 4 Experience will be a plus
