Your Role:

• Research and identify potential healthcare and pharmaceutical clients for business growth.

• Make cold calls, arrange meetings, pitch services, and close deals with new and existing clients.

• Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

• Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and site visits.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters to match clients with the best healthcare talent.

• Keep accurate records of business activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree, preferably in business-related fields.

• Prior experience in sales, client management, or business development is a plus.

• Strong communication, organization skills, and attention to detail.
