Job Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry, bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and timely payments.

  • Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash and expense claims processing.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on finance-related matters.

  • Other ad-hoc duties related to finance matters.


Job Requirements

  • LCCI Bookkeeping or Diploma in Accounting / Finance.

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organisational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Working hour

08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday

08:30 to 17:00 Friday

 

Transport is provided to and fro Joo Koon MRT station.
