Job Responsibilities
Handle data entry, bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and timely payments.
Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash and expense claims processing.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on finance-related matters.
Other ad-hoc duties related to finance matters.
Job Requirements
LCCI Bookkeeping or Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working hour
08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday
08:30 to 17:00 Friday
Transport is provided to and fro Joo Koon MRT station.
