Executive, Data Insights & Service Quality // Social Service (Govt)

Location: Bishan

Salary: $2580-$3160 Per Month

Working Hours: Mon- Thu(830am-6pm), Fri(830am-530pm)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Scope:

• Support day-to-day operations of the new digital initiatives

• Handle data tracking, analysis, and reporting

• Support with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Assist with technical troubleshooting

• Secretariat support for meetings and engagements, including preparation of materials, taking minutes, and meeting follow-ups

• Assist with service management matters such as management of feedback from Members of Public, engagement/meetings with stakeholder

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Social Sciences or related fields

• Strong Excel proficiency for data tracking and analysis

• Experience with data visualisation tools like PowerBI to create dashboard and reports

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English

• Knowledge in UAT will be preferred
