We’re looking to add an Engineer, R&D (Software) in Singapore. 

This role involves designing and deploying end-to-end vision AI solutions using open-source AI models. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable systems for cloud platforms, PCs, and embedded systems, focusing on creating seamless pipelines from image acquisition to model training and real-time inference.

As an Engineer, R&D (Software), You will:

• Develop full-stack applications (front-end interfaces + back-end APIs) to manage image data pipelines, model training, and inference.

• Deploy models across platforms: cloud services, desktop applications, and embedded systems·

• Work with the hardware team to optimize models for low-latency, resource-constrained environments (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, or OpenVINO).

• Contribute to building tools for dataset preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with vision AI pipelines (CV projects in robotics, manufacturing or IoT preferred).

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Python, Javascript, Machine Learning, AI (CNN, RNN), Tensorflow, Pytorch

• Knowledge of Electron Framework would be an advantage

• Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) would be an advantage

• Ability to write efficient C or C++ code for embedded systems (bonus: RTOS exposure)

• Front-end skills (React/Flask/Django) to prototype user interfaces.
