The Service Engineer (Electrical) is responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment. The Service Engineer will work directly with clients to provide reliable electrical solutions, conduct installations, perform maintenance, and address issues as they arise.
Job Responsibilities
Installation & Configuration: Setting up electrical systems and ensuring they operate effectively.
Maintenance & Inspections: Performing routine checks and repairs to maintain system efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Customer Support: Providing technical assistance and resolving client concerns.
Documentation: Keeping detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
Collaboration: Working with engineers and technicians to enhance equipment reliability.
Industry Awareness: Staying updated with new technologies and standards in electrical engineering.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety and quality regulations to ensure safe operations.
Job Requirements:
Experience: At least 3 years in a relevant field.
Educational Background: A diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems and familiarity with CAD software.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Pressure Handling: Ability to meet deadlines and perform under stress.
