Staff Nurse - Senior Day Care (Bedok/5 Days) - #1107658

Our esteemed client, an established Senior Care Centre, is searching for a Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse:

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement nursing interventions based on individual care plans and perform nursing procedures according to clients’ needs

• Provide supervision and training to care staff to ensure quality care delivery

• Communicate and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, providing updates on changes in clients’ conditions and needs

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor service outcomes

• Escalate cases when higher-level or acute care is required

• Offer continuous education and support to caregivers, clients, and their families

• Provide coverage support to other staff nurses at different Senior Care facilities, as needed

• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in acute or community hospital settings

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and service workflows

• Experience in community care is highly advantageous

• Demonstrates integrity, leadership, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and healthcare partners

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 5,500 + AWS + VB

• Working Location: Bedok

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Starts at 7:30am/8am/8:30am
