Designation: Assistant Manager - Regional Sales
Job Responsibility
Regional Sales & Development
Fully manage the regional sales portfolio for Singapore storage services to ensure
revenue targets are achieved
Coordinate offers and provide sales support to regional offices and agents representing
Cordlife Singapore
Roll out and implement new products and services across regional markets with
Singapore presence
Identify and open new regional markets for agent representation or distribution of Cordlife’s services
Local B2B Sales & Contract Management
Develop and close local B2B accounts, including partnerships with different industry
Build long-term relationships and drive sustainable business from the local market
Manage and drive contract renewals for existing clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 4 years in a healthcare-related field preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and the ability to build lasting partnerships.
Strong ability to engage with stakeholders, close deals, and manage renewals or escalations.
Ability to prepare compelling proposals and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Works well across teams and departments, particularly with marketing, customer service, and finance.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to achieving sales KPIs.
