We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR / HR Executive to manage and support the daily functions of our Human Resources department. This role involves overseeing key HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in shaping HR initiatives to drive organizational growth, while also ensuring a positive employee experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in full spectrum of HR functions which includes the following
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Payroll management including employees’ data input into system, pay computation, bank transmission, CPF submission, IR8A submission, IR21 submission
Analysis of employees’ attendance management
Oversees the overtime calculations, monthly variable bonus calculations
Administration of employees' benefits .
Talent Acquisition
Screen, select suitable candidates
Arrange interview appointment
Issue letter of offer
Assist in work pass application and cancellation
Liaise with external job career officer for recruitment channel eg e2i / culinary schools for fresh graduates / institution student internship program
Employee Relations
Counsel employees for performance improvement
Manage grievance / disciplinary matters for corrective actions Learning & Development
Learning & Development:
Conduct new employee on-boarding orientation
Conduct weekly Operation Training and re-train employees for compliance to Company policies & procedures
Conduct basic digital HR training on leave application to operation staff
Update training material and maintain training SOPs in company e-learning platform
Performance Management
Assist to administer full cycle of performance management
Assist to identify / monitor employees for development program / career progression
HR Reports (Internal & Statutory) / Other HR duties :
Assist in monthly HR statistical reports
Computation / submission of quarterly MOM Labour Statistics Report
Analyze and present Weekly HR hiring reporting
Attend weekly HR & Operation meeting and minutes taking
Assist to liaise with government department for appropriate SME Grants Application
Job Requirements:
Diploma in HR management or its equivalent
At least 2 - 3 years of HR administration experience preferable with payroll experience
Candidates must have the attributes of learning spirit, meticulous, numerically strong, analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, self-motivated, independent, effectively bilingual in English and Chinese for purpose of communicating to outlet operation staff
