Job Responsibilities:
Identify and target project-based opportunities in residential and commercial sectors
Support business development efforts by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients or project leads.
Maintain excellent customer relationships, understanding their needs and delivering value.
Prepare and submit quotations, close deals, and follow through with project coordination when necessary.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and in-person visits
Construction and Renovation knowledge is an advantage
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
Job requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of the construction market, products, and services
Pro-active and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred, to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint).
Highly responsible, reliable, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
