Engineering Technician - #1107642

Job Description:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on machines and facilities.

• Draw accurate floor plans for factory layouts and equipment placement.

• Repair and maintain power supplies and related electrical systems.

• Assist with the maintenance of equipment, particularly Rondo, dough dividers, and sheeter machines.

• Carry out plumbing, painting, and minor repairs as needed.

• Provide technical support and training to staff members.

• Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering knowledge is an advantage.

• Previous experience in machinery repair and maintenance is a plus.

• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

• Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership of tasks.

• Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Rondo machines, dough dividers, and sheeter machines.

• Strong ability to draw and interpret floor plans for equipment and factory layouts.

• Knowledge of repairing power supplies and electrical systems.
