Regional Marketing Executive (Established MNC) - #1107639

Our esteemed client, an established and globally recognised MNC, is searching for a Regional Marketing Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional application/segment marketing strategies aligned with short- and mid-term business goals

• Drive new business creation by integrating market research, customer insights (VOC), and competitive analysis into actionable plans

• Propose and execute business plans with a clear strategic framework to accelerate growth

• Conduct market reviews and in-depth analysis to identify trends, gaps, and KPIs performance

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product, sales, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and seamless execution

• Work with Japan HQ and regional teams to localize and enhance global marketing initiatives

• Provide strategic support for application promotion, including creation of marketing materials, guidelines, and intelligence reports

• Plan and lead product training programs, including content development and coordination

• Identify whitespace opportunities and promote a full portfolio of application solutions

• Create application-based marketing tools such as functional block diagrams and solution briefs

• Engage directly with customers as an application expert to offer insights on application design and product relevance

• Deliver targeted IC information and value propositions to key customers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (Marketing major preferred)

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product promotion, segment marketing, or application marketing

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams with differing perspectives

• Excellent multitasking and project management abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,800 + AWS + VB

• Working Location: Yishun

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm
