About the role

Jade Commercial Services is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe Waiter to join our team in the Changi Point East Region of Singapore. As a Cafe Waiter, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling cafe. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

Taking orders and delivering food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner

Maintaining a clean and organised cafe environment, including clearing and resetting tables

Assisting with food preparation tasks as needed

Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns

Adhering to all health and safety regulations and maintaining a high level of cleanliness

Collaborating with the wider cafe team to ensure the smooth running of the business

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt

Familiarity with food handling and safety procedures

Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and public holidays
