Job Responsibilities for Admin Assistant 1 (HR)
Manage workers' P-file, apply, renew and cancel work permits
Manage workers’ dormitory and PCP matters
Prepare workers' timecard and process payroll
Job Responsibilities for Admin Assistant 2 (Procurement and Costing)
Source potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiate price
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Update purchasing summary
Monitor costing for individual sites
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
Required Skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Excel
** Transport will be provided to and from work.
