Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and professional track-and-trace services to customers and other relevant parties in accordance with service guidelines and processes
Investigate shipment incidents such as undelivered, returned, misrouted, delayed, lost or damaged items
Provide effective customer service by addressing specific needs and resolve service-related issues in line with established performance standards
Support contact center by handling overflow calls, responding to queries on pricing, customs requirements, and other service-related matters
Job Requirements:
A level and above
1-4 years of relevant experiences in Customer Service environment
Possess good communication, customer facing and interaction skills
