Production Operator (Compounding | Up to $2,200 Gross + Housing Allowance) - #1107499

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary $1700

• Housing Allowance $200 + Shift Allowance

• Working hours: 5 days (7am - 3.30pm / 2.30pm – 11pm / 10.30pm – 7am)

• Location: West

• 1 month completion bonus (AWS)

• 1 year contact (Able to extend or renew) 

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound liquid and powder formulations following Work Orders and instructions from supervisors.

• Ensure accurate measurement of materials using weighing scales; verify temperature and weight requirements.

• Utilize proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during all compounding tasks.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment through regular cleaning of utensils, tanks, drums, racks, and floor surfaces.

• Refer to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) prior to handling any chemical substances.

• Label and store raw materials and finished products correctly and safely.

• Support continuous improvement of housekeeping standards in the production area.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing, production, or compounding environment.

• Understanding of written instructions and formulation sheets.

• Ability to read and convert weights (grams kilograms).

• Comfortable working in warm, humid, and strong-smelling environments (no air-conditioning).

• Willing to work rotating shifts and contribute effectively as part of a production team.
