Job Scope:

• Develop and troubleshoot PLC and PC software for customized automation machinery.

• Design and configure HMI/SCADA systems for operational control and monitoring.

• Program and set up vision inspection systems for quality assurance.

• Operate and integrate testing equipment such as Hi-Pot testers and leak testers.

• Implement electronic camming and motion control for servo motor applications.

• Source, evaluate, and cost electrical and electronic (EE) components for projects.

• Provide technical support on PLC, electrical, and automation-related issues.

• Install, test, and commission automation and electrical systems at customer sites.

• Design electrical panels, perform wiring, and troubleshoot electrical faults on-site.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or relevant qualification.

• With relevant 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical design and development of customized automation machines.

• Proficient in writing PLC programs (Omron, Allen Bradley ControlLogix, Siemens S5/S7, Keyence, Beckhoff, etc.)

• Familiar with PC-based programming (Visual Basic, C++), applying both hardware and software for machine controls.

• Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
