Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients or project leads.

• Contribute to showcasing completed projects as part of the company portfolio.

• Coordinate and oversee installation projects from planning to completion.

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and in-person visits.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to water heaters.

• Prepare and issue invoices, administrative documents, and related paperwork.

• Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.

• Source, order, and manage procurement of required goods and materials.

• Maintain proactive communication and follow-up with project teams and clients.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of water heater systems, products, and specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Construction sales with a strong pool of network with established Interior Designers or Architect consultants.

• Hunter mindset, must be okay with building business leads

• Candidates from competitor brands like Ariston, TOTO Oceania will have a huge advantgeous.
