Job Description

• Position Title: Project Manager (DSTA)

• Working Location: Islandwide

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8am - 6pm, Sat 8am - 12pm)

• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $9,000 + Allowances + Variable Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Lead a team of professional and technical staff for daily operations.

• Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.

• Manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure they meet schedule and quality standards.

• Regularly review construction progress and conduct status meetings with all involved parties.

• DSTA experience is preferred for effective project handling

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA.

• Has 5+ years of relevant project experience, preferably with DSTA

• Industrial or commercial project experience is an added advantage

• Own transport is required for travelling purposes
