Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (5.5 days work week)

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Engineer (Geo-technical) to join our dynamic team! You’ll develop innovative technical solutions, prepare detailed proposals, and lead geotechnical construction projects onsite. If you’re a hands-on professional ready to collaborate with multiple teams and manage site activities with safety and quality in mind, this is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Analyze tender documents & geotechnical data to design cost-effective solutions

• Prepare technical & commercial proposals (designs, methods, cost estimates)

• Coordinate with design, procurement & operations teams for smooth project handover

• Engage clients on planning, technical clarifications & progress updates

• Oversee daily site activities ensuring quality & timely delivery

• Lead site teams & subcontractors, enforcing safety & productivity standards

• Identify and mitigate geotechnical risks throughout project lifecycle

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

• Support cost control through value engineering & efficient resource use

• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

• Minimum 1 year experience in construction or geotechnical projects

• “Supervise Construction Work for WSH” certificate (preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling & planning

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings

• Willingness to work onsite at construction sites
