What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a builder with vision and an operator with drive – someone who thrives in 0-to-1 environments and is excited to create something from scratch. If you have strong commercial instincts, a passion for e-commerce, and want to build a revenue engine that powers the future of work, this is your chance.
You will take full ownership of a new digital commerce platform that will market and sell JustCo’s core offerings – and in time, become a marketplace for third-party products and services. This is a rare opportunity to shape and scale a business-critical channel from MVP to commercial success.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the end-to-end launch, operations, and growth of our new e-commerce platform – from concept to scale.
Own all commercial levers: product listings, pricing strategy, funnel optimisation, and user experience.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Country teams to create seamless customer journeys that convert.
Monitor and optimise key metrics (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, CAC) to drive consistent growth.
Oversee the onboarding of internal and external products to expand our digital ecosystem.
Act as the platform’s central business owner, ensuring commercial readiness and long-term scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
5–8 years of experience managing e-commerce channels or digital sales platforms, ideally from launch to scale.
Proven track record in monetising digital traffic and driving measurable revenue.
Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, CRO, and data-driven decision-making.
Hands-on operator with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams.
Exposure to B2B, B2C, or hybrid models.
Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
