Responsibilities: 

• Operations: Manage and lead a team of Team Leaders & Planners in the entire management of game/product life cycle with responsibility in game budget and Profit & Loss

• Product Management: Ensure and maintain strong link and development of game communities with continuous initiatives

• Business Development: Understand and take lead in game research and market analysis relating to target marketing plan & implementation of effective strategies accordingly

• People Management: Drive internal and external stakeholders in the entire game launch and management cycle

• Entrepreneurship: Research, identify and drive organization towards new areas in this field

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity/leadership role

• Well versed/passionate with gaming/gaming industry

• Self-driven, independent, result orientated analytical combined with adaptability and initiatives

• Strong business acumen with a results-driven and analytical mindset.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
