Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day planning, coordination, execution, and performance monitoring of aircraft ground handling and trip support operations.
· Lead, train, and maintain team competency, ensuring service excellence and up-to-date operational knowledge.
· Personally meet and greet clients to ensure a warm welcome and smooth service experience.
· Ensure effective resolution of service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
· Drive process compliance and continuous improvement in the operations.
· Manage manpower planning, staff productivity, and efficient rostering to support operational needs.
· Ensure prompt service response times and effective resolution of issues within defined turnaround periods.
· Champion customer satisfaction by leading the team to meet and exceed service quality KPIs.
· Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and high-standard product and service outcomes.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Aviation, or a related field.
· 7–8 years of progressive management experience, with a strong track record in business operations and financial performance.
· Demonstrated excellence in customer service and customer-facing operations, with a commitment to service quality.
· Deep industry knowledge and end-to-end understanding of business processes within aviation or related sectors.
· Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, including professional sales capability.
· Strong analytical thinking and organizational ability, with capacity to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven leadership in fostering positive employee relations and cultivating a safe, team-oriented, and improvement-driven workplace.
· Highly dependable and accountable, with strong self-initiative and a results-driven approach to achieving business goals.
· Professional, courteous, and confident when interacting with clients, partners, and team members.
