Job Description

A leading multinational in automation and precision technology is looking for driven and customer-focused Sales Engineers. This role combines technical knowledge with consultative sales skills, offering an exciting opportunity to work across various industries and develop deep product expertise through structured training.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend structured product and application training (approx. 3–6 months).

• Conduct face-to-face technical consultations at customer sites (3 days/week).

• Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions.

• Secure new customers and maintain strong client relationships.

• Support sales strategy execution and product launches.

• Participate in client events, seminars, and trade shows when required.

• Manage sales activities independently and meet performance targets.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Business-related fields preferred.

• Strong interest in technical sales and industrial solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, goal-driven, and eager to learn.

• Willing to travel locally (up to 60%), with possible overnight stays.

• Valid Class 3/3A driving license preferred.
