Responsibilities:

Managed the project lifecycle from BOM creation in SAP B1 to overseeing commissioning and handling after-sales enquiries.
Provided technical field assistance in maintenance, installation, operation, and start-up for all equipment; prepared customer field reports after each trip.
Assisted customer service and the sales team by providing technical and process information for after-market sales.
Coordinated with customer service and the purchasing department for after-market sales and delivery.
Regularly visited prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and generate sales opportunities.
Maintained and analyzed records of opportunities, quotes, and contacts, and took appropriate actions based on them.
Performed any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

No experience candidate are welcome to apply.
Comfortable with overseas travel as required.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred), Excel, and CAD (AutoCAD & Inventor preferred).
Customer service, sales support, or project management experience is a plus.
