No experience welcome, training provided!
This is an in house call center position !
Job stability ! Not on project basis.
Yearly pay increment , AWS + up to 3 months variable + performance bonus.
Job Description:
Handle and resolve all customer queries received via phone or email effectively and promptly
Where first call resolution is not possible, follow up closely with internal parties for required resolution before reverting to the customer.
Ensure that all customer queries and any follow-up interactions are logged into the system accurately and timely
Proactively escalate query trends or potential issues to team lead/manager
Perform other assigned duties and/or project work
Requirement:
Min education : GCE N Levels, GCE O Levels, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma
Any customer service experience
Strong communication skills
