Job Description

• Tree Assessment & Inspection: Conduct regular inspections and health assessments of trees to identify risks, diseases, and structural issues and prescribe remedies for tree health problems. Prepare Tree Assessment Report if needed.

• Tree Maintenance and Management: Carry out pruning, removal, bracing, and other arboriculture practices and ensure a maintenance program carried out

• Compliance: Ensure all arboriculture work is performed in strict adherence to the guidelines.

• Tree Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tree locations, health status, maintenance activities, and recommendations for future actions.

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to tree-related emergencies such as fallen trees or hazardous limbs, providing expert advice and action to mitigate risks.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the client, authorities and other stakeholders to plan and implement tree care programs.

• Execution: supervisor staff to ensure correct tree pruning and cutting methods are being carried out in accordance to the requirements.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, or related field.

• Certification: ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent is necessary. WSQ certification in Landscape Operations or Arboriculture is an added advantage.

• Experience: 2 years of working experience in arboriculture or tree care in Singapore.
