Site Supervisor (Bore Pile & Ground Improvement Experience)

• Up till $3,500 basic + variable bonus

• Monday to Saturday, 7am to 4pm

• Various site locations across Singapore

• Office: Boon Lay Wy (Tradehub 21)

• Must have experience working in ground improvement

The Responsibility

• Coordinates with client on the work activities.

• Deliver project productivity to target numbers at work area

• Ensure execution of the daily project plans and activities (e.g. rig movement, and people allocation and material arrangement) at work area

• Get approval from PM for changes in required resources (e.g. OT, additional manpower or additional equipment) for work area.

• Accurately verify and validate material and equipment deliveries to work area.

• Record accurately and timely manpower / equipment time card

• Highlight QA / QC non conformances to Site Engineer

• Maintain the good working conditions of the equipment (e.g. planned periodic maintenance i.e. daily, monthly etc…, boom down inspections, taking effective steps to respond to breakdowns etc…)

• Implement HSEQ compliance in execution of projects e.g. Pre-Task Talk, tool box talks, Safe 7, Lifting Plans

• Ensure working platform safety at the work site

• Develops direct reports through performance feedback

• Ensure full compliance to companies HR policies (e.g. Ethics, COBC, Site discipline) for their team

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

The Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the construction industry (in ground improvement)

• Registered Earthworks Supervisor

• Valid Supervise Construction, Work for WSH certificate, Work-at-Height for Supervisors and Assessors, Safety Coordinator Certificate

• Wheel-loader operation (Vibro)/ Boom Lift operation (Vibro/DSM) / SI Supervisor (DSM) / Forklift operation (SD) / Excavator operation (SD)
