Roles & Responsibilities
About the role:
• Obtaining quotations, liaising, and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Prepare Tender submission, handle progress claims/payment, VO & finalized project
• Handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues
• To handle other assigned duties or related job as required by top management
• Tender Preparation including site showround, briefing to team, discussion on pricing strategy, invitation of vendors and review
• Assist in managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying tender opportunities, evaluating requirements, and preparing tender submissions
• Coordinate and maintain the tender documentation repository, ensuring all necessary documents are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible
About you:
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar field
• Able to work independently
• Proactive and well organized
