Job Scope

• Learn to document, configure, and troubleshoot endpoint devices and basic server tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Monitor system performance and escalate issues when needed.

• Assist with user account management, software installations, and updates.

• Support device setup, including mobile devices, using MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools.

• Shadow and contribute to Microsoft 365 administration tasks (e.g., Outlook setup, user permissions, SharePoint basics).

• Apply cybersecurity best practices in daily operations.

• Collaborate with the IT team to share knowledge and ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in IT support or basic understanding of Windows/Linux systems, Microsoft 365, and device management.

• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting.

• A strong desire to learn and grow in system/network administration and IT operations.

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to follow procedures and take initiative under supervision.

• Office time starts at 8:30am
