Overview*
Deliver efficient and effective HR operations, by implementing processes and systems that support HR practices and initiatives in compliance with existing policies and SOPs. Delivers communications materials and sessions to ensure changes are well implemented. Guide and train relevant team members if needed
Job Responsibilities*
· Perform HR operational activities according to existing HR policies and SOPs. To ensure the delivery of activities meets the standard required.
· Suggest and implement improvement to HR processes, policies, and technologies regularly from a people-centred perspective.
· Support implementation of new company policies by developing processes and systems that support the policies and HR operations’ needs.
· Deliver communications plan and materials, and engage with all stakeholders to ensure changes are well implemented.
· Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation as needed.
· Lead and/or participate in NUHS, MOM, MOH, MOHH, AH, HR projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed.
Requirements*
· Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
· Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
· Prior experience in HR operations and generalist work is required.
· Critical thinker and process-oriented.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Resourceful and self-motivated.
