Job Responsibilities

·       E-file accident report via GEARS System

·       Process and assess insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.

·       Verify claim documents and ensure compliance with GIA policies and regulations.

·       Prepare Letter of Demand for claims recovery submission

·       Manage incoming offer and negotiate settlement

·       Maintain accurate records on claims activities movement status.

·        Liaise with customer and insurance company to facilitate claims process.

·       Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct report.

Job Requirements

·       Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in automotive claims.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Comfortable with learning new systems

·       Able to communicate effectively with diverse group of customers in verbal and written

·       Good customer service skills, administrative skills & interpersonal skills

·       Patience, Meticulous, Customer-Oriented Mindset

·       Ability to work as part of team that exhibits a constructive & collaborative working environment characterized by diversity & tolerance
