Reporting to the Group Head, Brand and Communications and General Manager (Food Atrium Division, Singapore), the candidate is pivotal to the success of brand marketing plans, from development to execution of projects and initiatives, and digital content and marketing strategy.
The candidate collaborates with Operations, F&B and Finance teams to ensure that all initiatives support the brand promise. Additionally, he/she will take a lead in managing internal and external partners and all aspects of their projects.
Job Responsibilities
Overall responsible for Food Atrium Singapore (Food Republic and Food Junction) brand development work, including Brand partnerships and collaborations, audience engagement and working with the team to develop marketing strategies and plans, lead media relations, digital campaigns, sponsorships and event management.
Support revenue and profit growth strategies for the business and take charge of the tactical execution of the brand’s marketing communication initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals, and organizational objectives. The candidate will project lead, coordinate campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis and optimization.
Work closely with Operations team to develop the atrium’s brand positioning and marketing plans, develop and organise content for pitch decks and presentations to landlords.
Lead the Brand team to work closely with key stakeholders that include internal and external tenants, Operations and F&B team to develop and execute projects, brand marketing and sponsorships, and update in weekly meetings.
Work and lead the team to delivering and implementing campaigns and projects. She/he must be proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and a day-to-day focus on results.
This role requires a strategic and analytical approach to monitoring and improving ROI. Responsible, prepare and manage budgets for various marketing and branding initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies.
This is an ideal role for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Marcom professional with a strong background in FMCG/retail environment.
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or related discipline
Minimum 7 years’ relevant brand management, marketing and digital experience, candidate with experience in the F&B/ FMCG industry will be value added
Creative with strong eye for detail
Strong stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners
