Senior Executive, Support Operations - #1107107

Job Description: 

The Senior Executive is responsible for assisting the Manager in managing the day-to-day security, car park operations, and workplace safety and health of the medical centre. Job duties include:

• Conducting inspections and audits to ensure the security and car park outsourced service provider meets performance standards and complies with contract and regulatory requirements.

• Handling stakeholders' feedback, analysing and identifying performance gaps, and working with stakeholders and service providers to take prompt corrective actions.

• Participating in organisational emergency plans and events. Providing security support as directed.

• Identifying, planning, managing and optimising resources to achieve organisational goals and business objectives.

• Managing security system projects, including developing tender specifications, tracking progress, and recording meeting minutes.

• Coordinating and conducting WSH surveys, including reporting and coordinating closure of findings.

• Coordinating the completion of various stakeholders' WSH risk assessments.

• Coordinating WSH training courses and activities.

• Conducting incident investigations and recommending actions to prevent recurrence.

• Performing data recording and analytics to identify trends in WSH surveys, WSH and security incidents.

• Providing administrative support to the WSH steering committee.

  Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Public Safety and Security, Workplace Safety and Health, Human Factors in Safety or Bachelor degree in any discipline and a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
