Machine Process Specialist (Cleanroom Environment)

Salary: SGD 1,800 – SGD 2,500/month (based on qualification & experience)

Working Hours: 10 to 12 hours/day (Shift work may apply)

Job Responsibilities

Join our production team and play a vital role in supporting daily manufacturing operations:

• Operate, set up, and shut down machines in a safe and efficient manner

• Perform visual inspection on products (in-process or end-of-line) to ensure quality compliance

• Handle tools and machinery with care, and assist with preventive maintenance tasks

• Accurately record production and inspection data (digital and hardcopy)

• Support activities such as product sorting, sample preparation, and documentation

• Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S housekeeping standards in your workspace

• Assist in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements

We are looking for motivated individuals with the following qualities:

• Basic safety awareness and 5S housekeeping knowledge

• Trained or experienced in quality inspection is a plus

• Able to handle small parts and detailed work (e.g. fine wire threading, microscope inspection)

• Basic computer literacy (e.g. keyboard, mouse, MS Excel)

• Strong team player with good communication and observation skills
