We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to expand our market presence in the automation and machine tools sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth by offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and grow business opportunities in the automation and machine tools sector.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored precision automation solutions backed by technical expertise.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, conduct solution presentations, and manage end-to-end sales processes.
Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company sales targets and profitability goals.
Collaborate closely with design, application, and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automation systems, CNC machines, EDM, and machine tool technologies.
Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in client-facing engagements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in automation or machine tool industries.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) will be an advantage.
Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel locally and regionally.
