Location: Jurong East / Kent Ridge 
Working Days: Mon–Fri, Office Hours
Contract Period: 12-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $3,000/month

Responsibilities:

• Make sure bills are created correctly.
• Check that financial clearance works and deposits are properly recorded.
• Review bills to ensure all charges are correct and nothing is missed.
• Monitor deposit reports and confirm all payments and top-ups are posted accurately.
• Check that the right funding is used for each bill.
• Ensure bills are closed on time and sent to the finance system.
• Submit claims on time and fix any errors that come back.
• Make sure bills are available at the kiosks, counter, and app, and that payments are recorded correctly.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Business, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
